Improving High-Speed Galvo System Accuracy
Many micromachining systems depend on high-accuracy scanners to produce parts with micron-level feature size. While these systems naturally should have micron-level (or better) accuracy, typically scanner performance is not qualified to this level of precision. This webcast will identify the most important system-level considerations in reducing overall errors, and will investigate how to minimize each of them.
