Hochpräzise ER-Spannzange
Das Spannzangenfutter des ACS 150 nimmt entweder Spannzangen der Serie ER25 oder ER40 auf. Diese Spannzangen sind bei Lieferanten von Werkzeugmaschinen-Komponenten in Größen erhältlich, die Rohrdurchmesser von 0,5 mm bis 30 mm unterstützen. ER-Spannzangen bieten hervorragende Rundlaufeigenschaften für Anwendungen, die ein hochpräzises Greifen von rohrförmigem Material erfordern. Die Spannzange wird mit einer Gewindehaltemutter gehalten, die einen schnellen Wechsel ermöglicht. Sie ist in einem ""ausfallsicheren"" normal geschlossenen Modus konfiguriert, bei dem die volle Spannkraft aufgebracht wird, wenn kein Luftdruck vorhanden ist.
Flexibler 3-Backen-Greifer
Sowohl der ACS 150 als auch der ACS 200 unterstützen Dreibackengreifer mit freien Öffnungen für die Produktdurchführung. Alle Greifer sind entweder als Schließer oder als Öffner mit verschiedenen Backenhüben konfigurierbar, um eine große Bandbreite an Materialgrößen zu unterstützen. Der Greifer kann mit kundenspezifischen Backen für die Handhabung von Materialien mit unrunden Profilen, wie z. B. Vierkant- oder Sechskant-Stangenmaterial, ausgestattet werden. Die Optionen ""normal offen"" und ""normal geschlossen"" bieten auch die Möglichkeit, entweder den Außendurchmesser oder den Innendurchmesser des Materials zu greifen.
>Integrale Drehdurchführung
Die Luftzufuhr zur Spannzange oder zum Greifer erfolgt über eine integrierte Drehdurchführung. Die 3-Backen-Greifer verwenden eine dichtungsbasierte Drehdurchführung, während die ER-Spannzangenoption eine dichtungslose, reibungsfreie Konstruktion verwendet. Diese 100% berührungslose Drehdurchführung gewährleistet einen lebenslangen wartungsfreien Betrieb. Die Kombination aus Spannzange oder Greifer und Drehdurchführung weist außerdem deutlich weniger Reibung und Trägheit auf als externe Baugruppen, die aus einzelnen Teilen bestehen. Diese geringere Trägheit verbessert die Systemleistung, indem sie höhere Spitzenbeschleunigungen ermöglicht und Positionsfehler bei der Laserbearbeitung reduziert.
>Bürstenloser Direktantrieb
Um die Positionierleistung zu maximieren, nutzt die ACS-Serie die bürstenlose Direktantriebstechnologie. Die Direktantriebstechnologie ist für 24/7-Produktionsumgebungen optimiert, da keine Bürsten ausgetauscht werden müssen und keine Getriebe oder Riemen zu warten sind. Der Direktantrieb bietet außerdem eine schnellere Beschleunigung und höhere Höchstgeschwindigkeiten als zahnrad- oder riemengetriebene Mechanismen, was zu einem höheren Gesamtdurchsatz führt.
