Hohe Genauigkeit
Die präzisionsgeschliffene Kugelumlaufspindel bietet außergewöhnliche Genauigkeit, Wiederholbarkeit und eine ultrafeine Positionierauflösung von bis zu 0,1 Mikrometer. Der DC-Servomotor ist mit einem Drehgeber ausgestattet. Die Anti-Kriech-Kreuzrollen-Linearlager sorgen für einen ruhigen Lauf und hervorragende Traglast-Eigenschaften.
Optionale Vakuumvorbereitung
Der MPS75SL ist optional mit einer Vakuumvorbereitung bis 10-6 Torr erhältlich. Er ist die perfekte Wahl für die heutigen anspruchsvollen Vakuumanwendungen in Märkten wie Halbleiterfertigung und -inspektion, Optikfertigung und Militär/Luftfahrt.
Hochgradig konfigurierbar
Eine optionale Breadboard-Montageplatte ermöglicht die direkte Montage auf englischen und metrischen Breadboards. Für den Einsatz in staubigen Umgebungen sind Faltenbalgabdeckungen erhältlich. Jedes der Modelle kann in einer XY-Konfiguration und, mit dem rechtwinkligen L-Winkel, in XYZ-Konfigurationen montiert werden. Es kann auch mit dem kleineren MPS50SL-Tisch montiert werden.
>Der MPS75SL ist ein Mitglied der MPS (Miniature Positioning Stage)-Familie von Linear-, Dreh-, Goniometer- und vertikalen Hub- und Z-Tischen. Zwei oder mehr Tische können mit Hilfe von standardisierten Montagemustern und Adapterplatten einfach in zahlreichen Kombinationen zusammen montiert werden.
