Der Motor besteht aus einer berührungslosen Forcer-Baugruppe mit Hall-Effekt-Geräten, Thermosensor und ""U-Kanal""-Magnetbahn. Dieses Design eliminiert Spiel, Aufwickeln, Verschleiß und Wartungsprobleme, die mit Kugelumlaufspindeln, Riemen und Zahnstangen verbunden sind.

Die Forcer-Baugruppe besteht aus einer kompakten, verstärkten Keramik-Epoxid-Struktur. Die eisenlose Konstruktion eliminiert Rast- und Wirbelstromverluste, die sonst die Geschwindigkeit begrenzen und zusätzliche Wärme erzeugen würden. Um die höchste Effektivkraft zu erzeugen, ist eine Luftkühlung Standard.

Diese Linearmotoren sind ideal für alle Anwendungen, die eine hohe Positionierauflösung und Genauigkeit erfordern. Die Linearmotoren der Serie BLMUC sind fehlerverzeihend in der Ausrichtung, einfach zu montieren und halten das Magnetfeld gut in Schach. Die Magnetbahnen sind für jede Verfahrlänge stapelbar. Sie sind auch für den Einsatz im Reinraum geeignet, da sie keine Partikel erzeugen.
