BM Serie bürstenloser Rotationsmotor
Die BM-Serie besteht aus Aerotechs bürstenlosen Hochleistungs-Permanentmagnet-Rotationsservomotoren, die über Seltene-Erden-Magnete für maximales Drehmoment und Beschleunigung in einem kleinen Paket verfügen. Ein schräges Stator-Design sorgt für eine geringe Drehmomentwelligkeit und gleichmäßige Geschwindigkeit. Im Gegensatz zu bürstenbehafteten DC-Servomotoren sind die BM-Serien bürstenlos und wartungsfrei, was sie ideal für kritische Anwendungen macht, die keine Ausfallzeiten tolerieren können.

Breiter Drehmomentbereich
Die BM-Motorenserie deckt einen großen Drehmoment- und Baugrößenbereich ab. Das Dauerabtriebsdrehmoment reicht von 0,16 N-m bis 31,6 N-m, mit Spitzendrehmomenten bis 94,9 N-m. Zu den Standard-Gehäusegrößen gehören NEMA 17, 23, 34, 42 und 56. Dies macht es einfach, jeden Motor ohne Adapterplatten an Aerotechs Getriebeserie zu montieren. Diese Motoren eignen sich sowohl für allgemeine Anwendungen als auch für High-End-Servoanwendungen.
>Anwendungsflexibilität
Der Standardmotor verfügt über einen 1000-Linien-Encoder (4000 Linien nach Quadratur), einen RS-422-Linien-Treiberausgang mit Hall-Effekt-Geräteausgängen für die Kommutierung und MS-Anschlüsse. Zu den Optionen gehören eine höhere Encoderauflösung, Dichtungen für die Schutzart IP65, Bremsen und Getriebe. Standardmodelle sind ab Lager lieferbar und kundenspezifische Varianten können mit minimaler Vorlaufzeit nach Ihren Anforderungen konstruiert werden.
